Box Office Hours:
Monday – Friday : 10:00am – 6:00pm or one hour before show & events.
Closed weekends and holidays.
Tickets Online or At the Door:
Tickets are available on-line 24 hours a day via this website. We strongly encourage patrons to purchase tickets in advance online as seating is limited in the Lorraine Boccardo Black Box Theatre. Tickets may be available at the door one hour before the performance, based on availability.

Refunds & Exchanges:
All tickets are non-refundable. Extenuating circumstances and availability may allow for exchange of another show. Please contact the box office to inquire about this option
Seating & Late Arrivals:
Seating generally begins 15 minutes before performance time. Late arrivals will be seated only when appropriate to the performance and at the discretion of House Management. There are no refunds for late arrivals.
Outdoor Events:
All outdoor events are subject to “weather dates,” which are typically scheduled for the night following the original event date. Should an event need to be rescheduled to a “weather date,” patrons will be alerted as quickly as possible, via email. No refunds will be issued unless an event is completely canceled.
