Box Office Hours:

The box office opens one hour before events and regular hours are Monday – Friday 12:00-4:00 pm. Calls are returned every other day, except weekends and holidays.

Tickets Online or At the Door:

Tickets are available on-line 24 hours a day via this website. We strongly encourage patrons to purchase tickets in advance online as seating is limited in the Lorraine Boccardo Black Box Theatre. Tickets may be available at the door one hour before the performance, based on availability.

Refunds & Exchanges:

Once purchased, all tickets are non-refundable. In rare circumstances for multiple-performance shows only, tickets may be exchanged. Ticket purchases will appear as Kayenta Arts Foundation on your credit card statement, with a reference to event name. All sales are final. Extenuating circumstances are always taken into consideration, as we aim to put your needs first as our most valued customers.

Seating & Late arrivals:

Seating generally begins 15 minutes before performance time. Late arrivals will be seated only when appropriate to the performance and at the discretion of House Management. There are no refunds for late arrivals.

Outdoor Events:

All outdoor events are subject to “weather dates,” which are typically scheduled for the night following the original event date. Should an event need to be rescheduled to a “weather date,” patrons will be alerted as quickly as possible, via email. No refunds will be issued unless an event is completely canceled.

SOCIAL DISTANCE SEATING CHART

Knowing that the presence of art in our lives is essential, we are re-opening our doors in a healthy, safe way. The state may be at the Yellow Phase but we are maintaining the more strict Orange Phase Guidelines for Theaters.

Re-opening guidelines for all performances at the Center for the Arts at Kayenta:

  1. Social distance seating between all ticket groups (SEE SEAT MAP TO LEFT) Please purchase tickets in groups of two or more with family and friends if possible.
  2. Temperature checks of ALL patrons and performers will be taken upon entrance into the center.
  3. Mandatory mask wearing for all audience members and front of house staff.
  4. Multiple hand sanitizing stations in the Center.
  5. Disinfectant cleaning of theater seats, lobby and rest room surfaces after each performance.
  6. Cash free transactions, we encourage online ticket purchases directly on our site.
