Art comes to life in a tranquil desert community

Gorgeous fall weather, majestic red rock and mountain views, lively music, food vendors, Xetava Gardens Cafe, stellar art galleries and studios, a world-class Center for the Arts…this is Art in Kayenta.

Join us October 12–14 at Kayenta Art Village in Ivins for three fun-filled days of art and entertainment. Over 40 juried local, regional and national artists, along with thousands of guests, will come together to be a part of the art! Art in Kayenta will offer one-of-a-kind creations from artisans specializing in sculpture, painting, jewelry, ceramics, wood and more. A festive beer and wine garden will provide a relaxing respite for festival attendees.
Now in its 18th year, Art in Kayenta, is sponsored by the Kayenta Arts Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting diverse arts in the region. This year’s festival celebrates the newly-opened Center for the Arts at Kayenta (CFAK). The Center is home to the Lorraine Boccardo Theatre—a 200-seat black box and concert stage—and artful spaces to accommodate meetings, receptions, seminars and rehearsals. The Center hosts a broad range of performing arts, dramatic plays, lectures, films, concerts, and educational opportunities for the Southern Utah area. The Foundation will also host a silent auction where patrons can bid on the art of many professional Kayenta community artists as well as visiting artists, who will donate the proceeds toward supporting the Center for the Arts at Kayenta.

When: Friday, October 12, 11am to 7pm.
Saturday, October 13, 11am to 7pm
Sunday, October 14, 11am to 5pm

Where: 881 Coyote Gulch Court, Ivins, UT 84738
