Announcing our 2021 memberships

Help keep our theater alive during the COVID-19 closures, and help the arts in Southern UT! KAF is a non-profit dedicated to presenting diverse Arts Driven selections for all types of people. All donations are tax deductible as we are a 501 (c)(3).

Invest in our impact on the lives of young people, families and the whole community. Right now, we need a Genie scissor lift and Kayenta Arts Academy Scholarships!

Academy Scholarship Fund

The Kayenta Arts Academy teaches Life Skills Through Stage Skills, building performance, creativity, and personal development in our community’s young people. 95% of students in 2020 needed some amount of scholarship in order to attend. We are increasing enrollment in 2021 from 20 to 60, with tuition for a four week class at $300. Help our young people overcome their fears, take responsible risks, and be leaders in their community.

Genie Lift: Theatre Safety and Efficiency.

For the safety of our technicians and designers, and efficiency with time and money, we need a professional Genie Lift in the Lorraine Boccardo Theater. We move curtain locations, hang and unhang various scenic elements, and change light placements multiple times a month to make every event just right. We need to trade in our unsafe, time-consuming scaffold-and-ladder arrangement for the real industry standard.

Thank you for your donation of in support of the Kayenta Arts Foundation (EIN 90-0642659). Your support helps KAF complete it's mission: to develop and create an environment that fosters diverse artistic endeavors for education and enrichment purposes. KAF is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) tax exempt charitable organization.
